Open door panel before buying any parts.
This fixed my broken inner door handle. Be sure to pull the panel before ordering parts. Your non-working inner door handle could be a broken plastic tab (this wont fix) or a broken cable. Also, dont follow the videos that say you need to disconnect your outside handle and lock from the latch. Once your have access to the cable, pull the 3 screws in the latch and then reach in and pull the latch towards the middle of the door. You can get the old cable off and on easily. Save yourself a lot of time. I used this on a 2011 2500hd, with power locks

Defective to small for latch opening.
No stars, product is defective. Item does not work as intended. The clip slides back through latch opening. Its too small for the opening on the latch. It will pop out due to nothing being able to retain pressure against ball end of the wire.

Product had an end which was inferior. We placed it where it was supposed to go and it broke again.

inferior product
One of the molded ends on the cable was smaller than the one it was replacing, therefore it would pull out of the bracket. The ears on the molded piece would not spread out wide enough to keep it from coming out of the bracket. The old cable would snap in and you couldnt pull it out without a pair of needle nose pliers. Ended up going to a local parts store and picking one up that fit snug and correctly.

Price is 5 stars, but loses 2 for headache
Works for what it is. The orange plastic retainer was too small to secure itself in the latch bracket, so I had to trim the ears and use a washer to keep it from pulling back through the hole. For the money, not that big of a deal, but still more trouble than it should have been.

Connector
The material that the orange end ,which attaches to the lock actuator, is not stiff enough to stay in the hole. I inserted small wood shims to make it stay. Works fine now

Edit, company made it right by me.
The price was right but after receiving the product I found out why. Both plastic push locks were too small. However the seller did reach out to me, and was more than willing to work with me to rectify the situation. I would absolutely buy from this seller again.

2011 silverado work truck good replacement but had to rig it
Like everyone keep mentioning the clip at the door latch is a bit small and wants to slide out so I tied a piece of wire to prevent that so far so good other than that works well
