Ummmm, yea so the photos sorta speak for themselves? I dunno what the hell is all over this item. Thank god it was in this bag. Pretty gross. I would not recommend. The actual high Jack lift company bracket seemed to break a lot so thats why I tried another brand. But this is junk, Id give it negative stars if I could.

Perfect fit!
My last rubber jack handle holder broke after being in the sun for a few. years. This came in (covered in a powder to protect the rubber, but scrubbed off) and fit perfect. Looks much better than my zip tie I had on it. I am pleased.

Ignore the white power
The product description clearly says this rubber part is covered with protective wax. The reviewer that freaked over the white coating simply didnt read the product description.

The handle keeper is a great addition to ubiquitous off-road jack. I keep mine in the garage for use around the homestead and am perpetually annoyed at the handle falling. This inexpensive add on eliminates the floppy handle.

However, my farm jack is a harbor freight knock off that has a rubber grip on the end of the handle. This handle keeper doesnt fit over the rubber grip.

Loose fit but does the job
Mine is loose around the handle and the I beam part of the Jack. With vibration it will slide down to the base of the Jack as well. I have it on a Hi-Lift brand Jack. Of course it s easy to use, you just slide it over the top of the handle and main I beam, for rubber it is very rigid and has no flex at all. This sucker is super sturdy tho and will last for a very long time.

Sturdy and good fit, very easy to install
Overall this handle keeper seems solid. Its not a perfect fit because it is a bit loose on the jack side, but its tight on the handle side so it should be fine. Keeps the handle in place and does not allow rattling which is nice. For the price its a solid option.

Not pretty, but does the job.
As the seller indicates, a white film may be present, or form on the letter. Its strictly cosmetic and hasnt affected its performance thus far. If it does, Ill come here and say so.

Too big for hi lift brand jacks. It falls down and the handle rattles and falls out

Long lasting rubber with metal body inside
3 mirrors jack handle comes out of the box covered in white residue from the oils in the rubber that make it last much longer. The other rubber jack handle holders are normally dried out and falling apart after one season of riding but this one is much more durable with a metal body inside of the rubber. Excellent product so far

Probably get a different one next time
It worked but very loose once installed. Seems like a one fits all unit so not really a master of none..

Ugly, doesnt work with coated handles
Im not sure why I didnt realize this before ordering this item but it doesnt work if your jack handle is coated at the top. With some effort, I was able to remove the plasti-dip type coating in one piece in order to test this handle holder, and it does work but Im not sure if that solution is going to work long term.

The rubber is very sturdy and it does have a metal piece to keep it from loosening up in high heat, but it does come with some very ugly wax or something all over it, and my guess is it helps keep it from cracking. It would be nice if they explained what that was and what to do with it, none of the product photos show it and its very unsettling when you first open the package. I wouldnt say this is a one or two star product because it does work, but there are some caveats and you need to make sure your pole is clean and even if it is wrapped with tape, this wont be able to slide over it easily. I am using it for now although I do miss having the handle grip. For storage on a vehicle, this is a great thing to have rather than using a strap to keep the handle in place.

Works well
First, as far as the mess that is in the bag, i saw a lot of other reviews that said there was something wrong with it, its just a powder that is used to keep the rubber from deteriorating. As you can see in the pics it came right off, in fact it took about 60 seconds with a old toothbrush in the shop sink. As far as its functionality, it works fine. It is a little lose on my farm jack because it can slide easily on and off, which can be both a good and bad thing. Other than that it works great.

Sturdy
I like this simple rubber holder. It securely holds my high-lift jack in place when not in use. The design could be tweaked for easier use, though. It comes with a packing powder, that you simply wash off. The holes are solid, and are a snug fit, so you must take a couple of pieces off the jack to install it. For having it mounted on your vehicle, the snug fit helps prevent rattle.

Remove the top clevis bracket from the standard bar. Install this rubber gadget as usual. Replace the clevis bracket. Remove the rubber grip from the handle and slide this item down onto the handle. Replace the rubber grip.

This thing is thick, heavy, and hard. You could knock someone out with this thing! I consider that a positive. It should last a long while.

Wayyyy too loose
Way too loose on my hilift Xtreme.

They way its mounted its just going to slide around and drop to the bottom of the jack defeating the purpose of holding the handle.

?I mean this looks like what I need… but why is it sealed in plastic with white powder? How did this get through the delivery system? You expect me to open this and install it on my hi lift?

Nice piece, however, it fits my Hi-Lift loose. My Hi-Lift branded one on another HiLift jack fits more snug… otherwise, nice.

Quality Hi Lift Jack holder
This fit perfectly on my Hi Lift Jack, not too snug that its difficult to put on, but not too loose that it wont stay in place. I like that its reinforced with an internal metal structure, and the wax (although a bit cumbersome to remove) is a nice addition to help keep the rubber pliable and protected from the elements.
